      As a recent customer, I am very satisfied with STOP Restoration's work. They came to my house within hours of first contacting them late at night. They contained the water damage in my home and determined where the most moisture was using specialized equipment. Within 5 hours of first contacting them, they already had de-humidifiers and fans running throughout the most needed areas of my home where moisture had to be removed. Over the course of 10 days, they made sure the structure of my home was completely dried out and that any possible mold formed was treated using a special spray. They removed my carpet, drywall, and anything else that was damaged by moisture and disposed of it. Overall, they were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The whole STOP Restoration Team (Jesse, Daniel, Terry, Tony, John, and Steven), who worked with me, was outstanding and pleasant to work with; especially, during this stressful time for me dealing with the water damage to my home. GREAT JOB!!!

      My experience with STOP restoration was very good. From the first phone call to the last visit, the team did a great job. They helped with the claim, stayed in contact through out the process and did a good gob of keeping my anxiety down. This job was not for the faint of heart, a full blown crawl space remediation. Special thanks goes out to Jonathan Dunn and his team of daredevil technicians who went right down in there with everything wild New Mexico has to offer. They started cleaning and with every batt of insulation that was pulled down the rat feces and mouse carcasses rained down on them, the cleaning continued until it was done. Then invited me down to insure i was happy with there effort. I'm glad I chose there services and would certainly recommend them.
