I had a flood in my basement. After a different restoration company completed their drying, I noticed a wet spot. I called out Service Team of Professionals to clean my carpet and they found multiple spots that were wet. One spot was so wet the wall was soft. They dried the walls that were wet in a timely manner. STOP Restoration kept me updated on the progress and were very thorough on explaining what they were doing and why it needed to be done. They even put the baseboard back once the drying was completed. The crew that was in my home were very knowledgeable, kind, and left the place cleaner than when they found it.
