Lisa Smith is the Vice President of Business Development for Service Team of Professionals Western Fort Worth (STOP). In STOP, Lisa is responsible for promoting and developing relationships to drive revenue and obtain the opportunity to assess and perform restoration jobs. Prior to this role, Lisa has 25+ years of Human Resources Experience specializing in Compensation, Benefits and Compliance. Lisa was featured in HR Professionals Magazine and was a member of the National Affordable Care Act Development Team. Lisa is a creative orator, problem-solver and likes a good challenge. Lisa is married to Morris and has three adult children – Morris III, Melissa, Mia, a daughter-in-love Beverly and two granddaughters – Megumi and Miyori.

Rodney is a seasoned professional and the production manager at Stop Restoration, where he combines hands-on experience with strong leadership to deliver outstanding results. Starting his career as a technician, Rodney quickly distinguished himself through hard work, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality. His dedication earned him a promotion to senior technician, where he honed his skills further and took on greater responsibilities.Today, as production manager, Rodney oversees operations with a focus on efficiency, teamwork, and client satisfaction. His journey from technician to senior tech to manager is a testament to his drive, adaptability, and passion for the restoration industry.Outside of work, Rodney enjoys playing basketball, going to arcades, and enjoying good food. He values family, personal growth, and integrity. He is proud to bring his expertise and leadership to every project, helping clients restore their spaces with confidence and care.

Noah Paschal is a dedicated technician at Stop Restoration, bringing a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the restoration industry. Born and raised in Texas, Noah embodies the hardworking and resilient spirit of his home state. He began his journey in restoration earlier this year, quickly proving himself as a valuable team member with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. His commitment to quality and attention to detail ensures that every project he works on meets the highest standards. Outside of work, Noah has a keen interest in firearms, appreciating the craftsmanship and mechanics behind them. Whether he’s learning new skills on the job or pursuing his hobbies, his passion and focus are evident in everything he does.

With over 7 years of expertise in the restoration industry and a passion for helping people to restore to pre-damage conditions, Carlos combines attention to detail with a deep sense of community. When not working on restoration projects, you can find him spending quality time with his wife or playing basketball with his sons at the park.
