On December 5th at 4am my family and I had the biggest rude awaken anyone could ask for. A neighbor of ours apartment was on fire and the flames were shooting out the windows. We had experienced heavy smoke and soot damage to our apartment and all of our belongings. We didn’t know what to do or where to turn. When we found Service Teams of Professionals they reassured us they would make everything as painless as possible for my family and I. From day one they were there every strep of the way. I had the pleasure of meeting with two of the gentleman that worked at this company and they assessed the damages and we started with a plan. I can tell you professional they definitely were. They got all my belongings that could be saved out and started the process of cleaning from day two. I got updates when needed and if I had even the smallest questions they were only a call away and would always answer to the fullest. When it came time for them to deliver my belongings back to me the guys who were there were amazing. They brought everything back in and even helped assemble some of our furniture. Amazing gentleman. I highly recommend Service Teams of Professionals. I wish there was an option for 10 stars because this company deserves it.
